Position Title: Digital Director, Phil Weiser for Colorado
Reports to: Campaign Manager
Location: Denver, Colorado (remote work within Colorado acceptable)
Employment Type: Full-time for the duration of the campaign
Role Summary:
Our Digital Director is both a visionary and implementer responsible for designing and executing the campaign’s digital presence to introduce, inform, engage, inspire, and mobilize voters across Colorado to support Attorney General Weiser for Governor. Driven by our campaign values of trust, collaboration, and results, our highly creative Digital Director will oversee all aspects of the campaign’s digital strategy and execution, including social media, digital persuasion, digital content production and analytics. In partnership with campaign senior staff they will also co-manage digital fundraising, website development, list growth, and email fundraising engagement. This role will lead a small highly effective team of campaign staff and consultants—while also working collaboratively and cross-functionally with communications, field, and fundraising teams—to create an innovative and larger than life online presence for Team Phil.
Compensation
Salary Range: $6,000 to $7,500, commensurate with experience.
Performance Bonus: One month’s salary
