About the Role
The Operations Associate helps keep the campaign running smoothly every day. This is a detail-oriented, people-first role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in building organized systems that help an entire team succeed.
You’ll support the candidate and campaign team by assisting with campaign operations, event logistics, scheduling support, and vetting external events.
Responsibilities
Campaign Operations
- Support the day-to-day operations of the campaign and help maintain an organized, efficient campaign infrastructure.
- Help develop and improve internal systems that make campaign operations more efficient.
- Track deadlines, action items, logistics, and operational needs for the campaign and campaign team
Candidate & Campaign Team Assistance
- Support campaign scheduling, travel logistics, and briefing preparation as needed.
- Provide operational support to the candidate and campaign team for travel, event prep, and advance logistics
- Coordinate internal meetings, training, and campaign resources.
- Support campaign events, volunteer activities, and staff operations as needed.
Other Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase organizational efficiency.
- Perform other operational duties as assigned.
